No one is allowed to smoke or burn candles at any time inside the apartment. This includes any form of vaping, electronic cigarettes, etc. If you must smoke take it outside the apartment and be sure to dispose of your butts properly and not all over the grounds.
The residue from candles and cigarette smoke becomes embedded in the paint and carpet making them smell nasty. Entire apartments often need to be primed and painted after smokers move out and carpet cleaned and treated. The cost is astronomical. Therefore… NO SMOKING OR BURNING CANDLES.
