Moving Out? Send Notice Now.
A written notice must be received in our office no later than 30 days (60 days for some leases) prior to the last day of your leasing agreement if you intend to move out. The lease automatically renews for a new term depending on your specific lease. Some renewals are 12 months and others are month-to-month.
NOTE: You may send your notice as early as 3 months prior to the last day of your lease if you do not intend to stay. Please send your notice as early as possible.
SECURITY DEPOSIT refunds are processed within 30 days of the lease termination date and the return of all keys. All refunds are returned through U.S. Mail and are not retrievable at our office. Be sure to include a forwarding address for your refund to be mailed to.
