Cut the grass and trim shrubs weekly.
Tenants are responsible for the weekly grass cutting and maintenance of their apartments. Either you are your lawn care company must keep the front, rear, and side yards clean of trash, sticks, and leaves. The grass must be mowed and edged nicely at all times.
Don’t drive or park on the lawn at any time!
Your leasing agreement prohibits driving or parking on the lawn or grass. You must park in the driveway or the street ONLY!
NO LARGE VEHICLES – Only passenger vehicles and small pickup trucks may park in the driveway. No buses are large trucks are allowed.
TRAILERS – Construction trash trailers are not allowed. Small trailers 6’x6′ feet used to carry a lawnmower, 4-wheeler, or motorcycle may be allowed in some situations with written permission from the landlord.
INOPERABLE VEHICLES – Only fully licensed and insured vehicles bearing required license plates may be parked in the driveway or in front of your apartment on the street.
