INSTRUCTIONS – Please carefully follow these instructions.
- Each person 18 yrs or older must complete an application and must answer all questions that apply to them. If it is not applicable, type “N/A” in the block.
- It is best to complete this form online using a computer.
- Tablets and cell phones do not work well for viewing and completing the application.
- Save the completed form renaming it to your name.
- Attach the renamed PDF form to an email and send it to us at 1332rents@gmail.com.
To begin completing the form online, click the PDF blank form image and it will open in your PDF viewer. Rember to follow steps 1-4 above.
Once you complete the online form you must rename it with your name and save it to your computer and email it to us at 1332rents@gmail.com.
Once we receive your application it will be considered along with the other applicants. Submitting an app is no guarantee that you will be selected. Our apartments are in high-demand areas and we usually have many applicants seeking to lease.
Requirements to sign a lease
Before signing a lease you will need the following:
- Complete the application process and be selected as a tenant.
- Provide any documentation we request to verify income and employment.
- Have the full deposit either in money order or cash.
- Have the first full month’s rent and any prorated rent for up to 2 weeks in money order or cash.
- Provide a copy of your driver’s license and an SS number.
- Provide any other information we may request.
