What Will You Need To Lease An Apartment?

Before leasing an apartment there are several steps to see if you are qualified.

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Complete an application answering all the questions that pertain to you.
  3. Provide valid identification such as a driver’s license.
  4. Provide your Social Security or TIN.
  5. Employment verification and documentable proof of income (check stubs).
  6. Your previous landlord’s name and phone number (see application).
  7. An active working email address and phone.
